Frequently Asked Questions


What is the length of your rentals?

All rental prices are for a one-day rental.  Our customers may pick up their rented items the day prior to the event and return the items on the first business day after their event.  Extended rentals are available at no additional charge if planned in advance, please ask us for more details if this is something you might require.


How far in advance should I reserve my items?

While most of our clients book anywhere from 6 months to 1 year in advance, we recommend that you make your reservation as soon as possible.  All of our items are reserved on a first come first serve basis and do require a deposit to hold your items for your chosen event date.


Will you allow me to take my rented items outside of the Omaha area?

All rented items may be rented and taken to destination locations as needed.  Extended pickup and drop off is available for these situations.  Ask about your options at the time of your rental reservation.


Am I able to make changes or cancellations?

We are happy to be as flexible as we can when it comes to changes for your special event, we simply ask that your final numbers/requests are with us 30 days prior to your intended pickup/delivery date.  Last minute changes are subject to availability of those items.  Upon cancellation of any event, your $50.00 deposit will be forfeited with no additional penalties.  If you cancel within 30 days of your event date, all payments made on your invoice up to that point will be forfeited by the client.


Do you provide setup and teardown, if so how much is it?

Setup and teardown services are available at an additional cost or if your rental meets the minimum requirements, please ask your associate what options are available for your specific event.


What happens if something gets lost, damaged, or stolen?

All items must be returned in their original pre-rented condition with the exception of dirty linens and centerpiece glassware.  Failure to comply with this will result in an invoice for the replacement at the item’s full value.  Standard collection for this funds apply.  


Who provides the food for our S’mores bar, Popcorn bar or other specialty bars?

Due to liability reasons, all edible items must be supplied by the client.  In certain situations, we will set up the food for you, however it must already be at the venue and readily available for us to do so.


When will our payment be due?

Our payment structure is pretty simple really.  Elegance of Omaha Wedding Rentals does require a $50.00 deposit to reserve your rental items for your wedding or event date.  This will ensure your items cannot be rented out to another client.  As far as the final invoice, we do require 50% of the final invoice paid one month out from your event date and payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event date.


Do you provide ceiling décor and drapery?  Uplighting?

You’re in luck!  While Elegance of Omaha doesn’t do this piece under our name, we do partner with another local business that provides these services.  They are reliable and can provide references as well upon request.
